ICF International is requesting letters of interest/qualifications from City of San Diego-certified SLBE/ELBE subconsultants for the following technical services:  air quality, CEQA/NEPA documents, cultural/historical resources, biological resources, geotechnical, hazardous materials, noise/vibration, traffic, landscape architecture/habitat restoration, and water quality/hydrology. ICF will provide assistance for SLBE/ELBE subcontractors in obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, or materials. The San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) is accepting proposals under a negotiated procurement process for UTC SUPERLOOP BUS STOP MAINTENANCE for the San Diego Transit Corporation (SDTC), San Diego Trolley, Inc. (SDTI), and the Metropolitan Transit System (MTS), for up to 1 yr. with 2 6-month options.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on March 15, 2012 at 1:00 p.m., prevailing local time at MTS, 1255 Imperial Ave., 10^th Floor Executive Committee Room, San Diego, CA 92101. Proposals will be due on April 10, 2012, by 12:00 p.m., prevailing local time, unless otherwise amended, at MTS, 1255 Imperial Ave., Ste. 1000, 10^thFloor San Diego, CA 92101. Proposals received after that time or at any other place other than the place stated herein will not be considered.

MTS hereby notifies all proposers that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement; Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (as defined in 49 C.F.R.
