Rock Church Works to Provide ‘Hope’ During Time Of Unemployment

Calling all job seekers to attend a Job Fair at the Rock Church on Monday, April 16, 2012 from 6-9PM. The event will be an excellent opportunity for job seekers to connect with employers from a variety of industries, receive individual resume critiques from professionals and get advice from career counselors.
The event was created by the Work Ministry to help the people of San Diego who have been laid off or are otherwise looking for a new job. For those unable to afford professional attire, Rock Thrift Store will be providing a FREE boutique at 5PM (right before the event) for attendees to receive clothing and fittings at no cost to them.
Attendees are asked to bring several copies of their resumes and dress professionally. Resume and interview coaches will be available on-site.
