Halloween Activities and Fall Festivals

Balboa Mesa Safe Halloween. Oct. 29, 3:30-5:30 p.m. Children in costumes can Trick-or-Treat safely at participating stores in Balboa Mesa Shopping Center, (corner of Balboa & Genesee Ave., San Diego). Chula Vista Center. Oct. 28, 1-3:30 p.m. Children up to age 13 are invited to join the Children's Halloween Costume Contest. Prizes for best costumes.
