Garlic Chicken Burritos
Makes 4 servings
PREHEAT oven to broil.
PREPARE Garlic Chicken according to package instructions, adding chiles and lime juice. Wrap tortillas in damp towel; microwave on high 40 to 50 seconds or until warm.
FOR EACH BURRITO spoon one-eighth chicken mixture across center of tortilla. Top filling with 1/4 cup cheese and 2 tablespoons salsa. Fold in both sides. Place burrito folded
side down on broiler-safe pan or platter. Repeat.
BROIL 1 minute or until browned. Serve with remaining salsa and lime wedges.
Hot Oriental Chicken Salad
Makes 2 servings
PREPARE Chicken Oriental, adding sliced mushrooms, according to package instructions. Keep hot.
TOSS cabbage with vinegar and soy sauce in medium bowl; spread on serving platter. Spoon Chicken Oriental mixture on cabbage; sprinkle with green onion.
Savory Chicken Paella
Makes 4 servings
HEAT olive oil in deep 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook until aromatic. Add Savory Chicken & Rice, saffron and red pepper; prepare according to package instructions. Add shrimp and tomatoes; cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until hot.
Sensational Beef Pie
Makes 4 servings
PREHEAT oven to 425ºF.
PLACE Homestyle Beef and water in 9-inch microwave-safe pie plate. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes; stir, cover and continue cooking on high for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper to taste.
TOP with pie crust; fold edges under and crimp. Cut four slits towards center of crust.
BAKE for 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
