SWC Celebrates Women’s History Month

Southwestern College to host a series of events to recognize its 17th Annual Celebration of Women’s History Month. The events that are scheduled to take place during the month include a presentation by local author Patricia Santana and a modern day slavery presentation by author E. Benjamin Skinner. Additional events include a documentary viewing and discussion with producer, Laura Castaneda. The month long celebration will conclude with the Women Taking the Lead to Save our Planet Colloquium Luncheon.

‘Woman Taking the Lead to Save our Planet’ Colloquium Luncheon, @ Student Union East, *$25 per person, VIP Tables $250, Friday, March 20th from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Documentary & Discussion with producer, Laura Cas-taneda, Tuesday, March 24th from 9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.
