Another first will be a Pre-Concert event at Plaza de México from 4 to 6 p.m., featuring performances by youth ballet folkloric groups, Mariachis from the South Bay Schools’ Mariachi Programs, local and regional singers plus sponsors booths with giveaways and product sampling. Visitors will enjoy the vibrant and colorful sounds of Mex-ico’s music, its culture and folklore.
